we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their placed orders and
request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations drop a mail to care.sleepoptions@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Requests received after 12 hours of placing the order will not be entertained.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
Once the refund is approved from Kurlon Enterprise Limited, the initiation of refund will be
processed immediately & the amount reflecting to the particular order will be credit back to the
customer's account in 7-9 business days.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of
purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Please note that refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned
mattress.
Also,
returns for mattresses purchased on Amazon will go through Amazon’s customer support team.
There's no need to keep the original box. Once the mattress is out of the box, you can get rid
of
the
box if
you have no use for it. Our courier partners will arrange to pick up the mattress, pack it, and
ship
it
back
to us.
We believe that sitting on a mattress for a few minutes in a crowded shop is the worst way to
buy a
mattress
that you’re going to likely use for the next 10 years of your life. You won't know if something
is a
perfect
fit until you have a few nights to try it out first! That's why we offer the 100-Night Trial
which
allows
you to buys a sleep option mattress risk-free - if the mattress ends up not being the right fit
for
you
within the
first 100 nights, we'll help you out with either an exchange or a return and full refund.
If you are still within your 100-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through

have the ability to exchange for a new product.

the phone, charge the difference in cost between the two items (or refund the difference
accordingly),

We offer a 10 year warranty on our mattresses which
covers
manufacturing defects such as depressions deeper
than 1", sagging, cover defects such as unraveling stitching, or flaws in the foam causing it to
split
or
crack. We don't cover changes to your mattress that are caused by normal wear and tear or that
result
from
circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress—namely, reclining and
sleeping.

example, don't take your Sleep option mattress out camping!

Body impressions and sagging are unlikely to happen for at least 8-10 years. However, in the
event
that
you
do notice permanent indentations that measure more than 1 inch, you're covered by our 10-year
warranty.

Warranties that are more than 10 years are generally prorated, which means for every year you
own
it,
you
would receive less and less credit. It is also suggested that mattresses be replaced every 8-10
years
for
hygiene purposes.
